The Cheese Plane is the ideal tool for slicing the medium-hard cheeses effortlessly. The head is flexible, allowing you to bend and slice cheese from many angles. The opening in the head is sharp, creating even slices to every piece. The 5" Cheese Knife is specially designed to make quick work of both semisoft and soft cheese. The distinctive holes along the center of the blade prevent soft cheese from sticking, allowing for very thin slices. The versatile corkscrew features a stainless steel design, built to open bottles for many years. The auger-style screw can be unfolded from the center of the handle, allowing for a balanced grip as you unscrew. The other side features a bottle opener to pop tops off of glass bottles.
