Mana Gea Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from a blend of koroneiki and athinoelia olives, which results in a strong fruity flavor and a subtle aroma of freshly cut olives. The slight pepper finish and low acidity is well balanced, and because it is unfiltered it contains certain deposits of natural olive particles at the bottom of the bottle that will settle over time, creating a longer lasting flavor.
