Available in 2, 3, and 4-quart sizes, this saute pan from All-Clad features a patented tri-ply design for excellent heating distribution. The aluminum core fits between layers of 18/10 stainless steel that won't react with foods. The pan's interior also utilizes a starburst design which produces non-stick qualities. Care

  • Only use low to moderate heat settings, unless boiling because overheating can cause brown or blue stains.
  • Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil or butter with these products, but never aerosol because they can damage non-stick coating.
  • Do not use in broiler or oven above 500 degrees.
  • Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended after each use.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach based cleansers, or any steel based cleansing pads.
