- UNBLEACHED PARCHMENT PAPER: This Frieling Parchment Paper is an endless roll measuring 13" wide by 72 feet long, for a total of 78 square feet. Perfect use for a standard sized sheet pan for baking, roasting or cooking. Oven safe to 450°F/230°C the sheets are high density with excellent wet strength. Helps keep clean-up a breeze by using each sheet more than once!
- REUSABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE: Frieling Parchment Paper is made with food grade silicone, coated on each side, making it exceptionally non-stick. Each sheet can be used on both sides or the same side can be used multiple times (if desired), making these a more economical alternative to other parchment papers. The paper lies flat and doesn’t curl like other brands.
- MULTI PURPOSE: Frieling Parchment Paper promotes even cooking and browning in the oven. Beyond baking, it can be used to steam (steam pouches, bao buns), as a portioning paper, as packaging (for cheese, raw meat, doughs) or from the freezer-to-oven (par-bake doughs, bacon strips, prep work, etc.).
