- UNBLEACHED PARCHMENT PAPER: This Frieling Parchment Paper is a box of 30 pre-cut sheets on a roll. Each sheet measures 13” wide x 16.5” long. Perfect use for a standard sized sheet pan for baking, roasting or cooking. Oven safe to 450°F/230°C the sheets are high density with excellent wet strength. Helps keep clean-up a breeze by using each sheet more than once!
- REUSABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE: Frieling Parchment Paper is made with food grade silicone, coated on both sides, making it exceptionally non-stick. Each sheet can be used on both sides or the same side can be used multiple times (if desired), making these a more economical alternative to other parchment papers. The paper lies flat and doesn’t curl like other brands.
- MULTI PURPOSE: Frieling Parchment Paper promotes even cooking and browning in the oven.
